Simulating all the problems that may be encountered in production during mold design, taking the necessary precautions and choosing the most suitable design accordingly are among the most important stages of mold making. The mold production phase, which affects all these processes from waste, recycling and cycle times to on-time delivery, is one of Metbay's strongest areas. We are able to respond to all kinds of needs of our valued customers with our in-house Mold Shop equipped with the latest technology and systems.
In addition, the Mold Shop within our structure brings the advantages of being able to control the control process from the first step and to intervene instantly without wasting time.
Mold Production and Mold Shop
Another advantage of having our own molding shop is reflected in our product diversity. We are privileged thanks to the molding plant that works together with automation in the production process. Of course, we are able to reflect this privilege to our customers in terms of product variety and price. During the design phase, we work in partnership with our customers for moldability, weight reduction and superior mechanical properties. Starting from our design team, our molding department establishes strategic partnerships with our customers at the beginning of the project, rather than just being a supplier. The fact that we are able to inform and guide our customers in the right way during this whole process increases our trust-based communication with our customers.
