Surface Treatment
The last step of the Metbay production line is "Surface Treatment", which includes the stages of vibration, washing, sandblasting and polishing. These stages help the product to get rid of burrs, oils, shine and make it ready for coating or painting if it is to be done. Vibration, Washing, Sandblasting and Polishing processes make the products much more resistant to the environment and corrosion. In addition, these surface treatments affect the appearance and performance of the parts.
While our team works with you to assess your needs by determining the most effective surface treatment applications from a wide range of options, specific features such as parting line, pusher and runner inlet are taken into account early in the design phase.
Vibration Process
Vibration applied at the end of the production process in industry; It can be applied for many different purposes. With the vibration process, which is applied in the form of vibrating different chemical liquids and stones in a boiler, burrs, roughness, dirt, rust and stains on the surface of the product are cleaned. Vibration is also applied to make the surface of the product shine. The purposes of application of the vibration process can be listed as follows.
